The above said information may be shared or transferred within the Company or its affiliates or group companies within or outside India for the purposes mentioned herein. However, all or any information shall be transmitted, handled or destroyed as per the applicable laws or in the manner that will preserve its confidentiality. Further, all or any of the information’s provided herein or otherwise can be withdrawn/corrected by giving notice to the Company.

These Terms and Conditions are applicable to visitors, prospective customers of Loyal Motorcycle India Pvt. Ltd. users or any others who access or use the service for transacting on this online platform with an intention to purchase a specific model of HMSI and make an online booking for the same from Authorized Dealership of HMSI. The singular refers to the plural and vice versa. The term "he" is gender neutral. The "Dealership" is selected by the User from whom the User wishes to purchase the Vehicle. These T&C shall be read along with the Privacy Policy of HMSI, hosted on its website. Having being read and understood the terms and conditions as aforesaid Customer warrants to be legally bound by these terms and acknowledge unconditional acceptance without limitation or qualification of these T&C.
